Bridgetown Ministries

"Loving People...Because People Matter"

Through Transformation Trips, teams of volunteers do more than come to Portland to serve. They are invited to leave the comfort of their homes, churches, & socioeconomic statuses in order to GO with us on a journey of LEARNING. Together, we peel back layers of stereotypes, judgements, & fear as we build relationships with some of Portland’s most marginalized populations & delve into a series of interactive learning activities that are designed to break down the barriers between us, teach radical love, & inspire intentional living. Afterwards, teams RETURN home & RESPOND creatively to the unique cry of their own city.

The cost to go is $95 and can be paid HERE. We also ask that your student bring food money for two meals.

The SCC Release form can be found HERE, and the Bridgetown Release form HERE. Both are required to participate.

The registration deadline is April 9th, but spaces are limited and will fill quickly!

Here is a little bit about the heart of Bridgetown Ministries.

FUSN

  • Westgate Chapel

Located at and hosted by Westgate Chapel. Please let Pastor Sean know if you plan on attending by calling (206) 362-4790 or emailing SeanC@Shorelinecc.com

Imagine a night that is led almost entirely by students from the greater Seattle area, attended by student ministries of all shapes and sizes. A night of worship, prayer, community, fun, and genuine time spent in God's presence. But not just any worship night, it is a night that you will not experience anywhere else. Something immersive and refreshing that will broaden your student's perspective and deepen their relationship with God.

It's called "FUSN." FUSN was born out of the desire to do something impactful with other churches for the sake of God's Kingdom. It is not about our church; it is about the Church. Our hope is to create an environment where students have a life changing encounter with Jesus Christ that goes beyond the typical youth camp experience. We are committed to that hope and are so excited to see what God is going to do this year!
